Un(e) Ingénieur(e) d’Application

Votre mission :

  • Apporter un support technique à l’équipe commerciale dans l’analyse des besoins des clients ou d’une problématique
  • Suivre les essais et la mise en application des procédés et des gammes de produits NGL sur les lignes de production des clients
  • Coordonner de nouveaux projets relatifs aux procédés de traitement de surface
  • Collaborer au développement de solutions plus écologiques
  • Travailler en conformité avec les réglementations sécuritaires et environnementales en vigueur

 

Votre profil :

  • Formation supérieure technique en chimie ou chimie d’application
  • Expérience en nettoyage de précision et nettoyage par ultrasons ou galvanoplastie fortement appréciée
  • Sens du relationnel et d’écoute des clients
  • Disponible pour voyager fréquemment en Europe
  • Français et anglais courant, italien un plus

NGL Inc is seeking a Technical Sales Representative

NGL is an international company specialized in the formulation and manufacturing of innovative and environmentally friendly chemical solutions for the cleaning and surface preparation of industrial components.

To further our growth in North America, NGL is searching for a Technical Sales Representative based at NGL Inc. in Bensenville, IL (Chicago), or home based.

Primary responsibilities include top line growth, prospecting and servicing customers within the Northeast/Midwest area of the USA along with the eastern portion of Canada (Ontario and Quebec mainly).  The position will report directly to the Managing Director of NGL Cleaning Inc.

Our range of products are essential for all customers as they are used in their production process. You will therefore be in touch with key employees (Production Managers, Surface Treatment Managers, Purchasing Managers, etc.). You will have the responsibility of advising technical solutions, with the full support of NGL Application Engineers.

Your mission generally includes:

  • Identify new sales opportunities.
  • Participation in the development of various sales strategies and/or promotions.
  • Study and assess different needs/requirements of each targeted industry.
  • Participate in various exhibitions, seminars, etc.
  • Planning of customer meetings.
  • Analyze customer needs, feasibility and define associated specifications.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and develop corresponding offers.
  • Support customers throughout the decision-making process.
  • Follow the prescribed NGL product implementation while optimizing customer process.
  • Existing customer loyalty: follow-up and support.
  • Customary reporting to the management team.
  • Follow-up new projects and product development within the territory.
  • Actively participate in the sales strategy of the company and budget preparations.
  • Responsibility for achieving sales budget defined in conjunction with the Managing Director.

 

Profile:

  • Three-years sales expertise with technical knowledge of chemistry and/or surface preparation preferred.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Appropriate computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel (60 % of your time).

NGL Inc is seeking an Application Engineer based in Chicago, IL, USA

NGL is an international company specialized in the formulation and manufacturing of innovative and environmentally friendly chemical solutions for the cleaning and surface preparation of industrial components.

To further our growth in North America, NGL is searching for a Process Engineer to bring technical expertise and know-how for the optimization of manufacturing processes to our industrial customers.

Position:

Application Engineer based in Chicago (Bensenville, IL).  After a deep training of products, processes and markets, responsibilities will generally include:

  • Development and implementation of cleaning processes for customers. Tests can be conducted at the customer facility, or the NGL Application Center in Chicago.
  • Follow-up of the cleaning processes and installations at customer’s facility.
  • Support of NGL sales engineers.

Position will report directly to the Managing Director of NGL Inc. and to NGL Switzerland’s Technical Manager.

 

Profile:

  • Suitable technical education.
  • Appropriate knowledge of chemistry and/or chemical engineering.
  • Experience in precision parts cleaning and ultrasonic parts cleaning, or electroplating.
  • Pragmatic, organized, autonomous, rigorous, involved in the job, etc.
  • Enjoy customer contact.
  • Ability to travel.

 

Mission:

  • Participate in business development with a strong presence at customer production site.
  • Provide a service tailored to the technical needs of customers.
  • Manage new projects related to surface treatment processes.
  • Accelerate the development of more eco-friendly solutions.
  • Working in compliance with the requirements of the specifications from our customers along with environmental regulations.
  • Achieve the technical objectives of the Technical Department.
