We are pleased to introduce our new Application Center at NGL Headquarters in Nyon. This new laboratory has been equipped with a 2CRD100 mono chamber cleaning machine from NOVATEC. This new equipment will allow us to improve our in-house testing ability for PVD / CVD markets and introduce this new efficient cleaning technology to the watch, medical and optics industries.
This machine allows the following cleaning processes to work under vacuum conditions:
- Spray pre-cleaning and/or US primary cleaning (with oil separator)
- Spray and/or US immersion rinsing
- US finishing cleaning
- Spray and/or US immersion rinsing
- Final DI water spray and/or US immersion rinsing
- Drying
Parts can remain static or be positionned with rotating baskets.
This new Application Center was launched on Monday, 13th of July, and we would be very pleased to welcome you for trials in our new lab.
