AQUA4D® technology resolves the most recurrent problems in water pipes, cleaning lines and other hydraulic systems: limescale, corrosion and biofilm – without chemicals and costly maintenance.
Limescale treatment
In its natural form, the limescale CaCO3 present in water crystallizes in an encrusting and agglomerating form: calcite.
The AQUA4D® technology has an effect on the crystalline structure of the CaCO3 limescale, which changes to a friable, non-agglomerating state, aragonite, and the limescale no longer adheres to the surfaces.
Ferrobacteria treatment
Ferrobacteria are microorganisms which get their energy from the oxidation of iron. They can grow in waters containing iron concentrations as low as 0.1 mg/L and cause the following problems:
- Bad smell
- Corrosion
- Clogging by the biofilm which they generate
The AQUA4D® process allows the removal of biofilm.
CORROSION TREATMENT
Rust is the deterioration of iron or steel material, which eventually leads to failure of equipments, tools and machinery.
The AQUA4D® process stops its progression and removes existing deposits.
Alternative to softener
