Fluid TMS 60 is a water repellent with a flash point of 64°C and therefore is compliant with the legislation on flammable solvents. If using solvents with a flash point <60°C, cleaning equipments, equipped with any electrical system (robot, heating, US generator) must be ATEX approved.
Fluid TMS 60 itself is classified non-flammable (CLP-CE 1272GHS regulation) and its high degree of finish makes it ideal for hybrid processes:
This ready-to-use product is used at room temperature and provides very rapid separation and decanting of water after an immersion of between 30 seconds and 1 minute! It does not produce any contamination, provides corrosion protection and has a faint odour.
It is recommended therefore, that our customers who use FluiD TMS or Fluid TGV contact us to test this new formulation.
