NGL offers specific chemical solutions for decoating of various PVD, CVD and DLC layer from steel, carbide, HSS, titan and Aluminum. Our chemicals can be used directly at the customer’s place, based on specific processes and equipment recommendations of NGL.

With these chemical decoating solutions, we are serving customers all over the world, an economical way to rework any cutting / forming tool as well as equipment parts of e.g. PVD coating machines. Of course, all other parts which have been vacuum coated could be treated, too. All parts can be reworked for multiple usage without affecting or changing any measurements or surface structure which is usually the case with sand blasting or other mechanical reworking processes. Especially for tools with required thicknesses or diameter (drills, miller) there is no better way than chemical decoating.

Our service includes support of our application engineers to develop individual decoating and cleaning process. At NGL Cleaning GmbH we also have a fully operational decoating center. We can handle, for our customers, small cutting or milling tools from a diameter of 1 millimeter up to 1.5 meter as well as parts from a few grams up to heavy 2.5 tons. Even parts with a length of 2.5 meter can be decoated and cleaned easily in our top of the art industrial decoating centre!
