Sustainability

Our commitment
At NGL, we firmly believe that industrial performance cannot be separated from environmental and social responsibility. As a company specialized in the design and manufacture of precision cleaning solutions and water treatment equipment, we are fully aware of the particular role we have to play in reducing the impact of our activities and in working hand in hand with our partners toward more sustainable practices.
Better control of our environmental impact
We have launched an initiative to better understand and reduce our climate impacts, notably through the completion of our first carbon footprint assessment. This work enables us to identify the main sources of greenhouse gas emissions and to define concrete actions for the coming years, with the aim of reducing these emissions (travel, purchasing, freight, etc.).
In parallel, several measures to improve our energy performance have already been implemented, along with awareness-raising initiatives for our employees. We are keen to engage all employees and to make each individual an active contributor to our transition toward greater sustainability.
Heart of our strategy : listening to our stakeholders
We actively consult our stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. This enables us to respond in the most relevant way and align our actions with the key sustainability challenges we face. We are committed to being transparent about our approach and its implementation.
Setting an ambitious course
We are determined to challenge ourselves and to set ambitious objectives in order to achieve a genuine transition and conduct our activities while respecting planetary boundaries as much as possible. Defining this direction includes, in particular, our participation in the first edition of the “Conférence des Entreprises pour le Climat” in French-speaking Switzerland.
