With over 40 years of experience in formulating, manufacturing, and marketing innovative ecological solutions, NGL has established itself as one of the leaders in chemistry.
Our organization has been based on a quality management system since 1994 and our aim is to constantly improve this system in line with our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification standards, by adapting our strategic directions to the context in which we operate and implementing measures to consolidate our legal compliance.

To further protect the health and safety of our colleagues, customers, and partners where risks are numerous, we are constantly working to reduce and control them.
Environment
As a pioneer in the development of water-based solutions that have aided in the reduced usage of solvents, NGL has initiated an approach and established an action plan in favor of sustainable development and minimizing the impacts on the environment.
CSR
With a long-term integrated Quality, Safety and Environment management system in place, and a strong desire to be a company that is accountable to all its stakeholders for the impact of its activities and decisions, it was only natural for NGL to decide to initiate a CSR process.
This has involved:
- Introducing the various concepts inherent in CSR to our employees;
- Consulting employees as part of the implementation of the first actions, via various participative workshops;
- The forthcoming extension of this consultation to all our stakeholders, so that their needs and expectations can be taken into account when validating the key elements of our CSR strategy.
In this way, we hope to take a further step towards putting into practice our philosophy based on ethical, social and environmental criteria.
